Connectivity to North Korea-linked AS131279 dropped on March 18, 2025 after changes to the SOA record and Route Origin Authorization for 175.45.176.0/22. The new ROA authorized AS131279 as the origin but set the maximum prefix length to /22, while the network had been announcing four /24 prefixes such as 175.45.176.0/24 and 175.45.177.0/24. Those /24 announcements therefore became RPKI Invalid, making the 175.45.176.0/22 space unreachable until the routing configuration was corrected. The outage lasted about 17 hours, providing useful situational awareness for researchers tracking North Korean internet infrastructure and routing dependencies.
